The owners of Fancy Paws, Chris & Agnes, are truly members of my family. I travel extensively, so I rely on them for dog walking and boarding of my Pekingese, Oz, who is blind in one eye. If my flight is delayed or I have a sudden trip out of town, I know that I can call Chris & Agnes and they will come into the city to pick-up Oz for me. I have also had times where I have been stuck in the office and they will come twice in the same day. They are responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ricky, who works for Fancy Paws, is beloved by Oz. On days when I work from home, Oz gets so excited to see Ricky. He runs straight into his arms. I have also received outstanding feedback on Fancy Paws from the door staff of my building. There are many walkers who come to the building and my door staff has said to me many times that "Fancy Paws is the only service that ALWAYS walks" my dog for the half-hour I pay for or even longer. Plus, they have such a pleasant demeanor that the door staff looks forward to seeing them. My door staff has referred many other unit owners to Fancy Paws because they are honest and professional! In the time they have worked for me, they have added many new clients in the building because of the outstanding service they provide.
Fancy Paws was recommended to us by my brother and sister-in-law 4 years ago. We met Chris the same day we adopted our PAWS dog, Charlie. Chris walked in with treats in his pocket and a calm demeanor and it was love at first sight for Charlie! They've been best friends ever since. Andy now walks Charlie every week and a few times I have been home when Andy stopped by. I knew Charlie loved him because he is clearly happier on "walk days" but when I saw how *berserk* he goes for Andy I was ecstatic! Fancy Paws is always so flexible and when we've had to stay late for work on a few occasions they have been perfectly accommodating to stop by and walk Charlie for us. Fancy Paws is always on time, never cuts a walk short, and clearly cares for our pup! We'll recommend them to anyone who will listen!
We have used Fancy Paws for over five years – since our dogs were puppies. Fancy Paws has always been reliable, professional, flexible and in tune to the needs of our dogs. Most importantly, all of the members of the Fancy Paws team have a genuine love for animals. Additionally, our dogs are enormous (90lbs. and 150 lbs. ) and Fancy Paws handles them with expertise. We have also found them extremely flexible in terms of scheduling and last minute requests. Our dogs love them and are always happy to see Fancy Paws.
We have used Fancy Paws for the last 5 1/2 years (since our oldest dog was 7 weeks old) with fantastic results. Chris, the owner, has always been extremely flexible when dealing with our sometimes crazy schedules. We have recommended Fancy Paws to all of our friends with dogs and will continue to do so. Even after we moved from one Chicago neighborhood to another, Fancy Paws was more than willing/able to continue walking our two dogs. We use Fancy Paws twice-a-day every weekday and will continue to do so for many more years. I wouldn't even consider another service as long as Fancy Paws is around.
My wife and I started enjoying the services that Fancy Paws provides after a series of issues with our old service. Chris was great, he came by, spent some time talking about the issues, assuring us how his company would be different. Since then we've used them for everything from daily walks to vacation coverage! The price of service is in line and quality of service consistently exceeds expectations. They're great.
