We have used Fancy Paws for over five years – since our dogs were puppies. Fancy Paws has always been reliable, professional, flexible and in tune to the needs of our dogs. Most importantly, all of the members of the Fancy Paws team have a genuine love for animals. Additionally, our dogs are enormous (90lbs. and 150 lbs. ) and Fancy Paws handles them with expertise. We have also found them extremely flexible in terms of scheduling and last minute requests. Our dogs love them and are always happy to see Fancy Paws.
My wife and I started enjoying the services that Fancy Paws provides after a series of issues with our old service. Chris was great, he came by, spent some time talking about the issues, assuring us how his company would be different. Since then we've used them for everything from daily walks to vacation coverage! The price of service is in line and quality of service consistently exceeds expectations. They're great.
We have used Fancy Paws for the last 5 1/2 years (since our oldest dog was 7 weeks old) with fantastic results. Chris, the owner, has always been extremely flexible when dealing with our sometimes crazy schedules. We have recommended Fancy Paws to all of our friends with dogs and will continue to do so. Even after we moved from one Chicago neighborhood to another, Fancy Paws was more than willing/able to continue walking our two dogs. We use Fancy Paws twice-a-day every weekday and will continue to do so for many more years. I wouldn't even consider another service as long as Fancy Paws is around.
